Job Description

BMS Performance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Laboratory Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our well-established French customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with French customers to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with our scientific team to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Travel to France once per month to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Meet with our team in Luton once per week to discuss sales progress and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Scientific degree and sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Technical understanding and experience working in a lab as a lab manager, lab technician, or similar.
  • Passport.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: £32,000 - £42,500 depending on experience.
  • 20% uncapped bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, pension, mobile, iPad, WFH setup, credit card, and 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
