Responsum Global Ltd is seeking a talented and driven Associate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team of professionals.

As an integral part of our global organization, you will contribute to a wide range of prestigious projects across diverse sectors, including transportation, infrastructure, environment, building, power, energy, water, and mining.

Your Role

In this role, you will take on a leading position within a team of 10 engineers specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) disciplines. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional results for our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects within the MEP discipline, providing expert design and technical advice.
  • Supervise detailed designs and guide the work of other engineers in your team.
  • Conduct feasibility studies specific to electrical engineering aspects of projects.
  • Develop detailed and performance specifications for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project deliverables and internal KPIs.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practical experience.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects within the electrical engineering domain.
  • Expertise in low voltage distribution systems, cable calculations, lighting design, energy efficiency, and fire detection & alarm systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as ElectricalOM or Amtech.
  • Bachelor's degree (BEng/BSc) or Master's degree (MEng) in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Chartership with CIBSE, IET, or Engineering Council, or actively pursuing it.
  • RevitMEP training applied to electrical engineering disciplines.
