About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, breakdown repair, and maintenance of dental systems throughout your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain dental systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Perform breakdown repairs and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and improve processes
Requirements
  • Qualification in electronics or a related technical discipline
  • Previous field service experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical sector
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Flexible approach with a determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges
  • Full UK driving license
