Key Responsibilities- Provide visible clinical leadership to the team and support them in the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Support the development of leadership skills within the team.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve our service goals.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Leader who has:
- At least 18 months of experience at Band 5 or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse (Level 1) qualification.
- Insight into current issues in nursing and professional issues.
- Evidence of continued professional development and implementation in clinical practice within the last 12 months.
