We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to take your first steps into a career in care as a Trainee Care Assistant at Etive House Care Home.

What Does a Care Assistant Do?

As a Care Assistant, you will play a key role assisting elderly residents in their day-to-day life activities, ranging from personal care to emotional support. You will be the right hand of healthcare professionals, ensuring patients are comfortable, safe, and cared for.

What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10, increasing to £13 per hour after probation.
  • Flexible contracts ranging from 22 to 44 hours per week, allowing for a work-life balance.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum for full-time workers.
  • Overtime at Time and a third for hours worked above contracted hours.
  • A meal provided during shifts.
  • Pension, onsite parking, PVG, and uniform.
  • Continuous opportunities for further training and development.
  • Support from an experienced senior management team with 40+ years of experience in the care sector.
