The Role:

The role of a Pension Database Administrator is a vital part of the team You will be driven, organised, and adaptable to the workload. Your primary focus as a Pension Database Administrator is to support our range of different customer cases and ensure all are administered and dealt with accordingly, timely, and professionally.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the administration of pension schemes.
  • Managing and maintaining the company's database daily to maximise its full potential.
  • Supporting and updating the Pension Finding feature.
  • Updating customer dashboards with pension information.
  • Supporting management on ad hoc projects.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Manage post (incoming and outgoing).
  • Administration experience in pensions or in a financial service setting would be advantageous.
