Our responsibilities will encompass the design, development, and execution of the Concrete Structures, Groundworks, and Blockwork package, projected to be valued at approximately £1bn over the forthcoming years.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Manager:
- Collaborate closely with the Deputy Commercial Director and Operations Director - Nuclear to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and safeguard our commercial interests.
- Oversee commercial, cost administration, and risk management through both onsite and offsite teams.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the PPP partner, demonstrating confidence in reporting.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in BSc Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or equivalent experience/memberships.
- Experience in the construction sector with a main contractor, managing teams on large-scale infrastructure projects.
