About the Role

GFM Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our Facility Maintenance Team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading FM company that prides itself on service, innovation, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, including installation and testing of electrical systems.
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report any issues or defects.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Requirements

  • 18th edition electrical qualification.
  • City & Guilds Grade 2 in general electrical installation.
  • Clear Enhanced DBS check.
