About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead our team in the management of elective spinal and day surgery care, as well as spinal cord injury management. As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for the operational management of clinical service delivery at ward level, promoting high standards of professional practice and the delivery of quality care within corporate policies, protocols, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff.
  • Be accountable for the delivery and monitoring of robust infection control measures at ward/department level.
  • Have overall responsibility for the operational management of clinical service delivery at ward level.
  • Be a highly skilled clinical expert with specialized knowledge in caring for patients, including spinal cord injured patients and elective and day case patients.
