About the Role:

  • Develop and implement behaviour plans to help students manage their behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to ensure consistent behavioural strategies.
  • Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Promote positive behaviour across the school and support students' social and emotional development.
  • Monitor and report on student progress, contributing to the school's wider goals.

  • Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to managing challenging situations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude and a passion for student success.
