Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Location: Fleet Salary: £35,000 to £44,000 per annum Role: Permanent - Full-Time Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in retail leadership? We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills of your team. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and Coaching: Propel your team to achieve exceptional results through effective leadership and coaching. * Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty. * Team Development: Develop the skills and knowledge of your team to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role. * Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. * Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of your team to ensure they are meeting their targets.
