Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Windmill9 Consulting is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning team in Leicester. As a key member of the agency, you will be responsible for conducting engaging property viewings, building and nurturing a portfolio of high-value landlord and tenant relationships, and navigating complex negotiations to secure win-win agreements.

About the Role:
  • Conduct property viewings that consistently convert to lettings
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the Leicester property market
  • Contribute to innovative marketing strategies to attract premium properties and tenants
  • Analyse market trends to provide insightful advice to clients
Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with landlords and tenants to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage a portfolio of properties to ensure optimal lettings and rental income
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
