We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Holyhead Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay.

About the Role:

  • Lead the Housekeeping team: Manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient housekeeping processes, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards and minimizing waste.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service, driving loyalty and repeat business.
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
