About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cost Manager to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets of construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Planning and Management: Develop and implement cost plans for construction projects, ensuring that costs are accurately estimated and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contract Administration: Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Business Development: Identify new business development opportunities and drive growth across our Business Unit activities, working closely with Business Unit Directors to deliver business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables in accordance with our business procedures, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Financial Management: Settle final accounts and manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring that all financial obligations are met and that projects are delivered within budget.
