The Role
Farfetch's Commercial function is responsible for managing supply and pricing on the Farfetch marketplace to drive profitable growth. This involves delivering at-scale commercial programs that benefit Farfetch, customers, and partners.
As a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst, you will work closely with colleagues from Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Data Science to develop strategic recommendations. Your role will involve scoping and driving projects that support the development of the overall pricing strategy globally and in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce actionable insights to inform business strategy and optimize pricing on Farfetch.
- Develop tools, processes, and reports to analyze pricing positions across markets and identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive commercial initiatives and influence pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnership, Business Development, and Account Management teams to develop pricing strategies for partners.
- Work with the Merchandising team to transform insights into merchandising decisions.
- Contribute to broader commercial projects to analyze product and partner performance.
Requirements
- Experience in analytics, e-commerce, or consulting.
- Technical skills in data processing and analysis, including Excel and SQL.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on operational and commercial excellence.
- Ability to influence change in senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
