About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Manager to join our team at Claybridge Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the home setup and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Recruit and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • Be instrumental in the registration process and ensure that the home meets the required standards.
  • Take on the responsibility of day-to-day management of the home, ensuring that children and young people are safeguarded and thrive in a nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • At least one year's experience in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
