Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Store Manager at The Perfume Shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the operational success of your store, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and coaching your team to do the same.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve store targets.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team to deliver high standards and results.
  • Review store performance and implement action plans to address any challenges.
  • Ensure the store is opened and closed at the correct times, adhering to all security procedures.
  • Prepare and issue store rotas to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Manage stock inventory, implementing actions to minimize stock loss.
  • Coach and mentor staff, setting them up for success through regular 1:1's, performance monitoring, and recognition of achievements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of KPI's.
  • Flexibility with work patterns and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
