Outdoor Education Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced educator to join our team at Sparsholt College, contributing to our Uniformed Public Services programmes within the Sport and Outdoor Adventure curriculum area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students studying BTEC level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications.
- Lead adventure training and outdoor pursuits, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and maintain curriculum content.
- Support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in a subject area related to Uniformed Public Services.
- Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to attain one.
- Previous experience in the FE sector, teaching BTEC qualifications, is desirable but not essential.
