They are in search of a dedicated and proactive Administrator who possesses prior experience in a financial advisory environment or has a keen interest in the financial services sector. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in assisting Advisors and the broader organization, ensuring seamless operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the financial advisors in nurturing client relationships, which includes managing new business submissions, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring precise client records are maintained.
  • Organize and arrange client appointments, manage scheduling, and oversee the advisors' calendars.
  • Compile client review materials, reports, and presentations to guarantee that accurate and timely information is prepared for client discussions.
  • Conduct research and gather insights on investment options, service providers, and regulatory frameworks to aid the advisors' decision-making.
  • Engage with external service providers, such as fund managers and insurers, to facilitate transactions and address any inquiries or challenges.
  • Execute client investment operations, including the buying and selling of investment products, processing withdrawals, and overseeing regular investment contributions.

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable administrative position within the financial services industry.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a talent for managing various tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in data management and documentation.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
