Job Type

We are currently seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team of dedicated care professionals. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients in their own homes, including personal care, domestic support, and companionship
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Experience in a care setting, preferably in a home care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
