Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join our team at Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment. As a Senior Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a variety of residential property conveyancing matters, working closely with our team to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with our office standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential property conveyancing matters, providing regular updates on case progress and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Adhere to file and case management quality standards, utilizing our computer system for efficient document processing and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, contributing to the development of our residential property conveyancing services.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE, a Fellow of CILEx, or a Licensed Conveyancer. You should have a strong understanding of residential property conveyancing law and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
