About the Role

TSR Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced New Build Plot Sales Conveyancer to join their team in a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented conveyancer to take on a pivotal role in managing a diverse and demanding caseload of new build plot sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of new build plot sales transactions, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developers, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to new build plot sales, as well as conduct thorough title investigations to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
  • Liaise closely with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice to provide the best possible service to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a specific focus on new build plot sales.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation, particularly in relation to new build properties.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other legal technology tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
