Job Title: Brand Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Supervisor to join our team in the Menswear department in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team with daily workload and delegation
  • Supervise work, check completion, and deliver to expectation set by line manager
  • Utilize business communication tools for task completion and ensure team understanding of key functions
  • Understand all processes and procedures and set the example for others
  • Demonstrate good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns, and merchandising principles
  • Understand daily controls and store setup
  • Comply with company policy and security measures
  • Maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits
  • Deliver merchandising guidelines for effective product placement
  • Meet KPI targets and expectations
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and adopt right product, place, and time compliance
  • Engage with and feedback issues to contribute to the wider business
  • Support senior management to coach the team
  • Understand and support performance management processes
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a team in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of and passion for luxury brands
  • Ability to drive sales through excellent service
  • Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floor
  • Ability to motivate a team with effective communication
