About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Huddersfield. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a rotational wards setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a rotational wards setting
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmaceutical services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:
