We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our team at BuildMyTalent. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the estimating process for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive project estimates, including costs, resources, and timelines.
- Lead and motivate the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, planning, and commercial functions, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in estimating.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Excellent technical construction knowledge and understanding of industry standards.
- Strong research, proposal writing, and oral presentation skills.
- Experience in working on Single and Two Stage Tendering.
