We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pump Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team at Verto People. The successful candidate will provide logistical support and organization of day-to-day operations within the rental department.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize transport and transport records to ensure the smooth collection and rental of pump equipment, services, and related products/services.
- Liaise with various engineering departments, such as sales, service, projects, finance, procurement, and more to ensure smooth running of branch rental operations.
- Be in daily contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience as a hire controller, rental controller, rental coordinator, equipment controller, service coordinator, hire coordinator, technical support engineer, logistics planner, transport controller, service planner, rental planner, or similar administrative support role.
- Administrative, logistical, and support experience ideally within the engineering industry.
- Good planning and organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various engineering departments.
- Any technical knowledge of pumps, pump systems, or related mechanical engineering rental equipment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong level of IT competency including experience with booking systems, Excel spreadsheets, and more.
- Must be commutable to the office in Nottingham.
