An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to become part of a prominent organization at a newly established manufacturing site.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various facility services and systems, playing a crucial role in the operational success of the new site.
The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will engage with state-of-the-art equipment, including steam generation systems, air compression units, water treatment facilities, and refrigeration systems.
Key Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Engineer:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a facilities maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ideally, candidates should possess multi-skilled capabilities and hold a formal engineering qualification at NVQ Level 3.
- Knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration and associated safety protocols.
- Experience with utility systems including Gas, Electric, and Water.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and monitoring technologies.
- Understanding of effluent treatment processes and general facilities management.
