We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Truro area.
The service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential and supported living services, with a focus on quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Registered Manager qualification and experience in a residential and supported living setting
