About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hospitality Porter to join our team at the Medway Campus. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up classrooms for exams and events, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place.
  • Move furniture and equipment as required by our clients, demonstrating a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Collect and remove waste and recyclables, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Support the post office on site, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Set up for upcoming events, working closely with our events team to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
What We Offer
