Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths.
  • Experience working in a care or healthcare setting.
