About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End React Developer to join our Fleet Management team in the Customer Portals Stream. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the cloud-based fleet management system that communicates with fleets of autonomous vehicles and provides valuable visualizations on vehicle progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain web-based features for our fleet management system.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to develop and maintain our web-based fleet management system.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs and microservices.
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and participate in the quality assurance processes to maintain high code quality and ensure software robustness.
  • Investigate team-specific bug reports within SLA timeframes.
  • Stay updated on emerging web development trends and best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of our development processes and technology stack.

Requirements

  • Experience working on production applications, ideally at scale.
  • Proficiency in modern web development languages - React, Typescript, JavaScript, Redux.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with backend concepts such as RESTful APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and consider team members.
