Senior Manager of Digital Marketing

About the Role:

Verge Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans that align with client goals, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
  • Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including performance reviews and lessons learned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
