Support Worker - Burgess Hill

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Burgess Hill. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the individuals we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Encourage individuals to access their local communities, socialise, and participate in activities
  • Teach new life skills, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Support individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a high-quality service

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.15
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
  • Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license
