About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at OX Seven Talent Partners R2R. As a senior recruiter with a background in the manufacturing, industrial, and transport sectors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in running a temp desk, with a strong focus on the full 360 recruitment lifecycle. You will be a natural communicator, goal-oriented, and possess a great team work ethic. A demonstrable excellent billing history and a background in winning new business are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of between £30,000 and £35,000 (DOE), with a very beneficial commission scheme. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits and perks that can be discussed further during the application process.
