Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team at The Goodwood Estate Company Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our 100+ cover restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with front and back-of-house operations, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling room service requests.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
