Job Title: Automotive Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Maplecrest Ford Lincoln of Union. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
