Scaffolding Specialist

Search is seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join their team in Inverness.

Job Summary:

Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures to ensure safe working conditions for construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect scaffolding structures to support construction activities
• Dismantle scaffolding structures when no longer required
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Ensure all scaffolding structures are properly secured and stable

Requirements:

• Relevant industry certifications and qualifications
• Proven experience in scaffolding construction and maintenance
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
