In the position of Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in creating the marketing strategy, working alongside the e-commerce manager and wider team to deliver against this. You will be someone who strikes a balance between reacting to the market whilst driving hard a strategic plan that drives growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
  2. Building and maintaining a brand's presence across multiple social media channels
  3. Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  4. Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
  5. Building strategies with a key focus on driving new customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness
  6. Using analytics software to identify customer touch-points and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  7. Establish and lead email marketing strategy to drive sales, engagement, with personalisation in mind
Minimum Requirements
  1. 5+ years in a digital/performance marketing role within e-commerce/online retail
  2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and paid advertising campaigns
  3. Knowledgeable in CRM and email/customer journeys with personalisation and dynamic content inclusion
  4. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  5. Proven in building digital marketing strategies with confidence in presenting to senior leadership team
  6. Knowledgeable in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  7. Knowledge of building and implementing structure and plans from scratch, whilst remaining hands-on and reactive
  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, trading environment
  9. Confident in managing third party relationships and delivery against KPI's and budget
  10. Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Klaviyo)
