Year 4 Teacher Opportunity

Step Teachers is working with a Primary School in Ely to find a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to support a class of enthusiastic pupils. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with students and contributing to a positive educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons that cater to the needs of Year 4 pupils.
  • Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a supportive learning environment.
  • Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Comply with the school's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have recent experience as a Year 4 Teacher, preferably in Key Stage 2.
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
