Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the care and support team to provide person-centered care to residents
  • Mentor and support care staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care
  • Manage the care team to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors
  • Support residents with daily living routines, including personal care and emotional support
  • Encourage social activities and update electronic care plans and risk assessments as needed

Requirements:

Pay: £13.52-£14.02 per hour
