Role Overview: We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our established team. The role includes a comprehensive range of responsibilities such as duty sessions, triage lists, and managing a personal patient list.
Compensation: The sessional rate offered is between £10,000 and £11,500, contingent on the responsibilities undertaken.
Team Composition: Our team consists of Advanced Nurse Practitioners, clinical pharmacists, Emergency Care Practitioners for acute visits, salaried GPs, and six GP partners.
Engagement and Development: We welcome a physician interested in contributing to the practice's operations and committed to quality improvement initiatives.
Support and Induction: All salaried GPs receive a comprehensive induction, including mentorship for a minimum of six months, dedicated administrative time, and the flexibility to reassess these arrangements as needed.
Indemnity Coverage: The practice provides indemnity through a group scheme with a reputable provider.
