We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Team Leader to join our team at Portfolio Payroll Limited. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process for a small but complex payroll.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Develop and implement processes to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy
- Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll-related matters to team members and clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records of payroll data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a similar role
- Expertise in ITRENT and other payroll software
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
