PROPERTY MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION


We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to become part of our dynamic team at Itsyourplace Ltd. This role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities in property management, offering substantial opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in property management, covering various essential aspects, including but not limited to the following:

Property Management Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management is required.
- ARLA qualification is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the referencing process and right to rent regulations.
- Proficient in preparing and enforcing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) and managing the renewals process.
- Thorough understanding of deposit registration protocols and the deposit release process.
- Experience in collaborating with landlords, tenants, and building managers at all levels.
- Maintenance of all legally required records and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordination with contractors for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Effective management of rent arrears.
- Accurate and timely financial record-keeping and transaction management.
- Preparation of weekly reports for clients.
- Organizing and conducting property inspections as necessary.

Additional benefits include 5 weeks of vacation, plus your birthday and public holidays. Once fully trained and established, one day of remote work is available. Occasional Saturday work may be required for property launches, typically 2 or 3 times a year.
