About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic driver to join our team at Rentokil Initial, a leading business services company specializing in healthcare waste management. As a Waste Management Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of healthcare waste to our waste transfer station depots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate transit-style vehicles for regular planned services, collecting and transporting healthcare waste to our depots.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our healthcare clients, ensuring their waste management needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with our local teams to ensure seamless waste collection and transportation services.
  • Participate in our accredited induction training program to develop your skills and knowledge in healthcare waste management.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving license with two years' experience and six points or less.
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Flexibility with working hours and the ability to use your initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good geographical driving knowledge and an ADR certificate (training will be provided).
