We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Primary Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students who require additional support.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one tuition to students in a supportive and engaging environment.
- Work with students who may have Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or be looked after (LAC).
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for students.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Have experience working with students with SEN, SEMH needs, or LAC.
- Be able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Manage and implement effective behavior strategies to create a positive learning environment.
