Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Volkswagen Group Dedicated Mechanic to join our team at the AA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of Volkswagen Group vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of issues with Volkswagen Group vehicles, including warranty-related issues and roadside breakdowns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Work independently, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience.
  • Some knowledge of working on one or multiple Volkswagen Group brands or vehicles.
  • A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £46,000 OTE, with a basic salary of £36,140.
  • A range of benefits, including free breakdown cover, 23 days' holiday, and up to 7% company pension contribution.
