Core Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment : Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, which includes clarifying job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, managing hiring manager communications, negotiating offers, and facilitating pre-boarding. Collaboration : Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Local HR Business Partners to grasp business requirements and deliver an exceptional Hiring Manager experience. Strategic Initiatives : Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic hiring, workforce planning, and employer branding projects. Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Sourcing Techniques : Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methodologies to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Evaluation and Assessment : Conduct assessments to gauge candidates' skills, knowledge, and competencies through various evaluation methods. Diversity & Inclusion : Advocate for equal employment opportunities and support Symrise's Diversity & Inclusion strategic initiatives. Global Mobility : Manage international hiring processes and implement international assignment agreements in collaboration with HR Services and Global Mobility. Offer Management : Present verbal and written offers, clearly articulating the total rewards and appeal of the organization and position. Continuous Improvement : Contribute to projects related to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employer Branding, striving to enhance Symrise's recruitment landscape.

Candidate Profile:

You possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. With several successful years of experience in sourcing and recruiting at an international level, you have refined your skills in either an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house recruiting environment within a fast-paced business setting . Your extensive experience covers the full life-cycle of recruiting , managing multiple searches, and sourcing passive talent through innovative techniques.

You are adept at utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems ( ATS ), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and other recruitment software. Your background includes strong experience with competency-based interviews , online assessments, and psychometric evaluations. You possess a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards, which enhances your recruitment expertise.

Your language proficiency is outstanding, with full professional fluency in English , complemented by fluency in German and/or Spanish . Your excellent research, analytical, and communication skills further empower your success in this role.
