About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Crunch Payments. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of our gift card program across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential shopping centre partners across the UK, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to inform your approach.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within target shopping centres, building trust and credibility through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver professional and persuasive presentations, showcasing Crunch Payments' value proposition and securing new partnerships.
  • Travel and Client Relationship Management: Frequent travel throughout the UK to maintain existing relationships and build new ones, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients.

Requirements:

  • Must live in, and have the right to work, in the UK.
  • Based near our Newcastle office, or be able to travel there a couple of times a month.
  • Happy to travel all over the country to meet our fantastic customers: a full UK driving licence and car is required, mileage will be reimbursed.
  • A couple of years of experience in B2B sales would be ideal.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Have the ability to build lasting relationships with partners.
  • Independent and highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English is required, additional European languages a plus.
