About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients with complex needs, promoting their dignity and well-being.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care and support to patients with complex and challenging behaviors
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
About You

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices and CQC requirements. You should have experience of producing well-developed care plans, undertaking risk assessments, and working as part of a clinical team. A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care are essential.
