Morson Talent is seeking skilled professionals to join a leading F1 Team in Oxfordshire as Composite Laminators and Trimmers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our client and work on advanced composite components for motorsport and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare composite materials and moulds for lamination.
  • Hand lay-up of pre-preg composite materials.
  • Ensure the correct orientation and number of plies for each component.
  • Vacuum bag components and check for leaks.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motorsport, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with composite materials and processes.
  • Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components.

Morson Talent is seeking skilled professionals to join a leading F1 Team in Oxfordshire as Composite Fitters and Trimmers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our client and work on composite components for motorsport and aerospace applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in trimming, fitting, assembly, and installation of composite parts in motorsport and aerospace systems.
  • Use hand and power tools to trim, shape, and adjust composite components as required.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot and resolve fitting issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of fitting procedures and any adjustments made.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Composite Fitter/Trimmer in the motorsport, aerospace, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of composite materials and their properties.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for precision fitting and trimming.
